I came across this great site on www.misslipgloss.nl and just had to post something about it! The website sells 7 different watches which represent 7 different causes. (A large part of) the money that each sale makes will go to the specific charity that goes with the watch.
I think it's a really great way of raising money for charity because a watch is something you can wear everyday so lots of people will be able to see it and perhaps find out about the initiative.
